Shift

Shift the board. Complete the pattern. Let your cards do the rest.

Shift is a cat-themed puzzle roguelite from Snoozybara Studio. In each battle, slide rows and columns of colourful orbs to form the patterns shown on your cards. When a pattern connects, its card activates—dealing damage, building defence, healing, or changing the fight in another way.

Every shift is a choice. The enemy shows what it intends to do and how many shifts remain before it acts. Make a match that helps right now, or rearrange the board for a stronger effect later. As you travel through a run, new cards, items, and relics change the patterns you want to make.

In the current playtest:

• One run in progress: The Linear Run currently has four stops on a single path: two fights, a shop, and a final fight. Each fight has two enemies, faced one after the other. More of the run and its ending are still being built, so the route, enemies, and balance may change between builds.
• Platforms: Play in a browser on desktop or mobile, or download the Android build. iPhone testing is handled through TestFlight.
• What’s unfinished:
• There’s no sound or music yet.
• A few screens still have placeholder visuals while we finish their art.
• There’s no tutorial in this build. Open How to Play from the gear menu or the run selection screen.
• There are no rest stops yet, so cards cannot be upgraded during a run.

This is an early build. We’re working on the game’s feel, clarity, balance, and art, and your feedback will help shape what comes next.
